Terms of Use
“A Classification of American Wealth“ is an online book being presently
written by D.C.Shouter (pseudonym). “Encyclopedia of American
Wealth” is a dynamic online module allowing the research of wealth
classification lists as well as profiles of individuals and families. The
content is being displayed online by RAKEN Services on behalf of the author.
By reading, browsing or otherwise using “A Classification of American
Wealth“ and “Encyclopedia of American Wealth“ you agree to abide by the
following Terms of Use.
1. RAKEN Services hereby grants you a nonexclusive and limited right
for the personal and non-commercial use of the content of “A Classification
of American Wealth” and “Encyclopedia of American Wealth” according the
present Terms of Use. You are not allowed to assign or transfer this right,
nor to sell, lease or share it.
2. The subscription fee you pay for “A Classification of American

rights without the need of notification and at the sole discretion of RAKEN
Services.
3. RAKEN Services will provide you with access codes by e-mail. You
are sole responsible for the maintenance and communication of an accurate
and working e-mail address, where this information can be sent to you. You
shall store this information (access codes) safely and keep it from sight of
third parties. You shall notify RAKEN Services of any known or suspected
unauthorized use of your access codes.
4. Although the historic and genealogical information contained
herein is essentially part of the public domain, the texts and graphics as
well as the general presentation of “A Classification of American Wealth”
and “Encyclopedia of American Wealth” are the sole property of the author
and protected by US and International copyright laws. All rights are
reserved.
5. You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit or
participate in the transfer or sale of, modify, create derivative works or
in any way exploit the content of “A Classification of American Wealth”
without the explicit written permission of the author and/or RAKEN Services.
Such permission may be granted in case of personal non-commercial use.
6. The restrictions on the use of the content of “A Classification of
American Wealth” and “Encyclopedia of American Wealth” shall survive any
termination of this agreement

unrelated World Wide web sites and resources. RAKEN Services declines
responsibility for the content or any other aspect of these links or the web
sites involved in these links.

American Wealth” is provided on an “As Is” basis without warranties of any
kind. RAKEN Services does not represent or endorse the accuracy and
reliability of its content. RAKEN Services further cannot be held liable for
any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in “A Classification of
American Wealth” or “Encyclopedia of American Wealth”, nor for any technical
problem that might arise in or from accessing the web site. RAKEN Services
further makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the

outright terminated at the sole discretion of RAKEN Services. No rights or
claims for the users arise from such restriction, extension or termination.
10. If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held
invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with the law of any
jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining
provisions shall not be in any way affected or impaired thereby.
