Author preferences to allocate banner positions for corporate sponsorships

Because of the limited number of available banner places, corporate sponsorships are limited to two (2) per chapter.

Our corporate sponsors may request inclusion in any chapter they desire but the author will give preferences to companies whose activity and/or history most closely relates to a specific chapter.

He listed such preferences as follows :

Chapter 1 - Patroons and Manor Lord
Museums or companies located in upstate New York.

Chapter 2 - A Southern Aristocracy of Planters
Museum or companies located in the Southern States of the USA.

Chapter 3 - Shipping Merchants
Companies involved in the shipping business or international trade.

Chapter 4 - Landlords of New York City
Real estate companies, preferably of New York City.

Chapter 5 - Bankers of the Early Republic
Banks founded before 1850.

Chapter 6 - Early Industrialists
Industrial companies involved in textile or armory business, preferably located or with origins in New England.

Chapter 7 - Mining Bonanza Kings
Mining companies preferably located or with origins in the West of the USA.

Chapter 8 - Railroad Barons
Railroad companies or railroad museums.

Chapter 9 - Merchant Princes
Companies operating department stores, chain stores or mail order businesses.

Chapter 10 - Bankers of the Gilded Age
Investment banks, commercial banks,  or stock brokerage companies.

Chapter 11 - Trusts
Successor companies to Standard Oil or American Tobacco Co. Steel companies.

Chapter 12 - Utility Tycoons
Public utility companies.

Chapter 13 - Automobile and Aviation
