Theodore Judah railroads in California and the Pacific Railroad … Judah returned to California where he did some more minor surveying jobs, notably for the Central California and the Sacramento, Placer and Nevada railroads. Meanwhile, interest for railroads in general and the Pacific Railroad in particular increased nationwide.
