On
Monday, February 21st 2000, we have activated the commercial functions in our
RAKEN Style online catalogue, thus actually opening up for shopping.
RAKEN Style features an online catalog with over 160
products, decoration objects from Tunisia and other Mediterranean, African or Arabic countries.
RAKEN Style
products are sorted in three families: carpets &
tapestries, ceramics & pottery and wrought iron & glass.
RAKEN Style
was launched, as an online catalog, Friday, December 24th 1999.
With the
opening, the whole
RAKEN Style
collection of handcrafted decoration objects from Tunisia now becomes available to Internet direct
customers.
Due to the number and nature of our products and in order to be able to serve customers from all over the World, we have opted for an ordering process in two
steps, whereas the first step is treated as a request for quote and does not actually engage the
customer. In the second step, after we have checked availability, we will confirm our offer and also indicate delivery times and shipping options. The customer may then place his order and process the
payment.
Before end of
February, these commercial functions will also be activated in our
RAKEN Art virtual art gallery.
