How to become a SOS mother ?
 

What’s a SOS Mother ?

Every child accommodated in an SOS Children’s Village is entrusted to the care of a SOS mother who becomes his/her referenced person. She’s the principal actor for the protection and the education of the SOS Family. She lives with the little group of children, contributes to their education and fulfils their needs.
 

The SOS mother profile requested :
 

	Age : 30 to 35 years
	Education level : the 7th year of secondary school as a minimum
	Social situation : unengaged, without family constrictions
	Loves children
	Communicative and sociable
	Able to carry on domestic, educative and pedagogic tasks
	Has a balanced personality

How to apply for SOS Mother candidature :

* To be sure, above everything else, that you fulfil all the requested conditions and that you wish to join this social and human job.
* Then write an application to the President of the Tunisian Association of SOS Children’s Village

With which you join :

	A registered letter
	A resume
	A recent identity photo
	A copy of the national Identity Card
	A copy of the Scholastic Attestation

* The resume must contain the following information :

Name / Surname / Age / Place of Birth / Telephone number / Professional experiences (positions, dates…) / Personal abilities (what you can do)
